  Can't really give a comment on the food or drinks. Not much to say than staff are either not bothered or they are understaffed. We went in was seated and then nobody came to take our order, we waited a while then we left went to eat elsewhere then came back to TGI to get the £5 cocktails but nobody to greet us, we waited a while then was told we could be served at the bar but there was nobody serving at the bar so we left again and went to the Whetherspoons. Its a shame really I had travelled over an hour just to have a meal and cocktails at TGI but ended up at other establishments.

  I visited by myself and was pleasantly surprised by the warmth of my waitress Faith. She was very attentive and always had a smile. She genuinely looks like she loves her job. I never needed to look for her, she was there at the right time. If only more restaurants could employ such staff. It was an absolute pleasure to be served by Faith. Definitely promote if/when a position arises. I live in Scotland and was in London for work. Thanks Faith! Keep up the positive energy.

  We visited TGIs after a game at Wembley and the experience was pleasant. We all enjoyed the food served. The service was nice. I guess the only thing that made the experience not the best was when we got to pay. It was suggested someone still needed to pay but we had all paid and checked accounts and showed proof. It was kinda strange because everyone had paid and yet still said money was owed. We all checked again and turns out TGI would have charged us extra. Somehow when challenged it miraculously was all ok. That was disappointing! Check your bill guys - not good!

  Had such a lovely dining experience! The food was absolutely delicious — full of flavour, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. Every dish we tried was fresh and satisfying, making it a really enjoyable meal from start to finish. A special mention to Faith, our server, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming throughout our visit. She truly made the whole experience even better with her warm attitude and excellent service. It’s always wonderful to be looked after by someone who genuinely cares about making your visit enjoyable. Thank you, Faith, for making our experience so memorable — we’ll definitely be back!

  Event day menu review (worth adding as appreciate this could impact the service). We visited after the FA Trophy Final after booking a table prior to allow the train queue to clear. The place was quite empty at first and did pick up in the end. The staff were all friendly, however the speed the food came out was so fast it makes you question the freshness of TGI Fridays food these days. The draught beer had a festival flatness about it. And at £8 a pint even if it’s Wembley area is a bit cheeky. The chips were unsalted (what is it with food outlets not salting their chips any more?). They were cooked well but just a bit bland in taste. The boneless wings were strange, I used to always have these years ago but the quality just isn’t there anymore. The texture is almost like they’re microwaved. The burger patty tasted great. Only to be slightly ruined by the not toasted cold bun. This is the third TGI Fridays I’ve witnessed this at, it’s a poor decision. Even warming the bun up would improve the taste and texture dramatically. What was a 45 minute meal nearly approaching £100 for two people, I think this is the last time I’ll attend a Fridays. It’s a shame as it used to be our go to restaurant and if honest, we probably only return still in hope it returns to its former days of quality dining. This isn’t a review to trash the place, more one in hope it remembers what it used to be, which was a great meal out once upon a time.
